Meditation For Stress Release

Through the use of comfortable blankets, props, bolsters, eye pillows, peaceful singing bowl music and young living essential oils, students will be able to deeply relax into their body in a lying position. Participants will be guided into a sequence that will allow for deeply held tensions, stress and pain to be released from their bodies. As each layer is released into Pure Awareness there is an uncovering of a deeper sense of freedom, truth and joy.

Kundalini Yoga (4 week series) with Barbara Furlani

Kundalini is called the "yoga of awareness".The journey of Kundalini Yoga is to cultivate the creative spiritual potential in order to focus on the compassion and consciousness to benefit and heal the self and others. The classes are designed to detoxify, cleanse and strengthen on a physical, mental and spiritual level. The practice releases stress, let's go of unnecessary clutter and promotes clarity.




Reiki Healing Circle -with Reiki master Barbara Furlani

Reiki means "universal life force energy". It's a healing technique used for relaxation, stress reduction and to promote healing on many levels. The reiki practitioner will place their hands over certain areas of the recipiants body and universal energy is drawn to any areas that are in need healing. Reiki therapy works by re-balancing our energy system, on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Reiki is gentle, soothing, and non-invasive. Young Living medicinal grade essential oils will also be incorporated into the healing session. Several different oils will be used to help promote peace, relaxation, openess and mental / emotional release.

Yoga For The 12 Steps Of Recovery (Y12SR) -with Lauren Moy

Yoga for the 12 Steps of Recovery (Y12SR) is a relapse prevention program that pairs the 12-step recovery program with yoga. The program has two components: a sharing circle, and a yoga practice. The sharing circle is open to anyone who is an addict, or has been affected by addicts; it offers a safe place for people to share free of judgement or advice. The circle is followed by a yoga practice specifically sequenced to release tension in areas of our body where we store emotional tension.
