Private Yoga Nidra Therapy

Yoga Nidra Meditation Therapy is an interactive session between the teacher and student. During a session our skilled teacher's provide a safe container in which the student is able to finally meet and greet their experience. When students are able to fully 'welcome' what is arising, they are encouraged to step back and experience themselves as 'pure awareness'. Through this realization of 'awareness' they gain insight into the nature of their suffering and its distinction from their true nature which is always awake, aware and at peace.

The time frame for yoga nidra sessions depend totally on the student but generally run about 50 - 60 minutes.

We have had remarkable results with yoga nidra participants. Many students have reported reduced symptoms from

Regina has studied formal  yoga for over 25 years. Regina is a licensed massage  therapist, registered nurse and works in care management in Good Sam Hospital. Regina has completed advanced training in Yoga Nidra Integrative Restoration (i Rest) level II with Richard Miller, Yoga Therapy, Hatha and Iyengar yoga. She is a consultee of Patanjali Kundalini Yoga Care with Joan Shivarpita Harrigan and Swami Chandrasekharanand Saraswati.

 Fee: $85 Per Session | Sessions generally last between 45 minutes to 1 hour
