Cool air, the open sky and vast ocean with a steady rhythm beneath it all. Afterward, will will continue at Darshana, not to rush off but to stay in the stillness, to breathe a little deeper, to be together in a loving community. Just Come. Everything else will take care of itself.

Take a moment to close your eyes. Envision the sun rising over the ocean, the waves rolling in, the cool sand beneath your feet. The world is quiet, the air is fresh, and for once, there is nothing to do but breathe. Can you feel it?
This is how our Summer Yoga Retreat 2025 will begin. Starting 6am at Robert Moses Beach, moving with the rhythm of the sea and letting the morning light fill us from the inside out. Science tells us this is deeply healing. The ocean lowers stress, calms the nervous system, and clears the mind. But you do not need science to know how good it feels to be there, to let everything else fade and just be.
From the shore, we will carry that feeling back to Darshana, where the day will unfold naturally. Breakfast, Yoga, sound healing, inspiring talks and being in the present moment. No rush.... No pressure... Just space to breathe, to move and remember what truly matters in life.

CANCELLATION & REGISTRATION POLICIES
There are no refunds available for this event. Studio credit will be issued with any cancelations made 10 days before the event. Please let us know 2 weeks in advance if you have any special dietary needs. We recommend attending the full half day retreat to get the best possible restoration experience however listen to your inner self and do what feels best for your life.
